We have achieved substantial financial and membership momentum from our founding members/partners, and we are well positioned to be an effective voice at the Capitol. Our lobbying firm has now been retained, and we are already engaging with legislators and coalition partners representing your interests at our State Capitol.
However, we cannot do this alone and we need every member of our profession to be joining together so our collective voice can be heard at the General Assembly. We know landlord and tenant issues will be at the forefront of this next agenda and are fully prepared to take our seat at-the-table for our members.
