Daniel Muldoon - President
Daniel has been practicing real estate sales and property management since 2004. As an active member of the community and the real estate industry he brings a lot of experience to the table.
Daniel has managed a portfolio of at least 200 units for over a decade. Daniel is an active member of Pikes Peak Association of REALTORS, Pueblo Association of REALTORS, past Secretary and Education Chair of the National Association of Residential Property Managers Colorado Springs Chapter, a current member of the Southern Colorado Residential Rental Association, the Founder and Past Chair of the Council of Elite Property Managers, and a past Director on the Pueblo West Chamber of Commerce board.
Daniel is the Vice President of Muldoon Associates, Inc and an instructor for various real estate topics and organizations.
Alex Yoder - Past President
Alexander Yoder is the Director of Residential Management for Dorman Real Estate Services, Inc.
Alex attended Jones Real Estate College 2003 – 2004. He started with another real estate firm in 2005, initially holding the title Maintenance Manager. He was soon promoted to Leasing Agent for as many as 250 properties. Alex started with Dorman in 2010, initially holding the title of Property Manager. Over the coming years he was promoted to Lead Property Manager, to Director of Residential Management, and then bought in as a Partner in 2018.
Alex served as the 2013 President of Colorado Springs NARPM. Prior to serving as President he served as Programs Chair and Secretary in the 2011 where he obtained the “Member of the Year” award. He holds the professional designations of MPM (Master Property Manager), RMP (Residential Management Professional) and CNE (Certified Negotiations Expert). He has also served on several other real estate industry boards, to include his role as Vice President in the CLLC (Colorado Landlord Legislative Coalition) in 2021.
In addition to writing several published articles about property management for national magazines, Alex has been an active advocate for property and landlord rights at the Colorado state Capitol; having testified and lead several efforts to combat damaging legislation. He was also offered critical testimony in favor of the “squatter bill” in 2018, which helped that bill to pass.
Alex also moderates the largest landlord group on Facebook “Colorado Springs Landlord Forum” where he posts weekly educational videos for landlords in the Pikes Peak region. Alex has a passion for Real Estate and investments, and looks forward to a long career in the industry.
Jennifer Powilleit - Treasurer
Jennifer has been a licensed realtor since 2012. In January of 2018, she became the second generation owner Bijou Property Management, Inc.Growing up in the business has given her a benefit of lifelong learning. Interacting with other professionals and learning what helps them in their business has been most valuable for Jennifer in expanding her knowledge in all things real estate and property management.
When Jennifer is not working she enjoys camping, hiking, canoeing and spending time with her family.
Lindsay Jewell - Secretary
Lindsay is a Rifle native. She posses a solid track record of performance with years of experience as a Property Professionals Property Manager with her Residential Management Professional RMP® designation, a Homeowners Association Manager, and as a Sales and Buyers Agent, and has served on the Chamber of Commerce Board, as the 2018 President for the Western Colorado National Association of Residential Property Managers (NARPM) and is currently serving on the Board of Directors for the Glenwood Springs Area Realtor Association and the Board of Directors for the Colorado Landlord Legislative Coalition.
Lindsay has been voted as one of the Top Three Best Realtors in the Post Independent in 2018, 2019 and 2020. As a licensed Colorado Real Estate Broker, an experienced Community Association Manager, and a designated Residential Management Professional RMP®, Lindsay takes pride in offering the highest quality of service to her clients and caring for their Real Estate needs on every level.
TJ Weese - Lobbyist Liason Chair
He got his start in property management in 2003 and has been both a small business owner and a landlord himself since that time. TJ and his team manage over 800 doors that include single family homes and multi-family buildings in two different states serving non-profit companies, private investors and individual landlords. Prior to his twenty years in real estate, TJ served his country and is a US Navy Veteran as well as a former police officer. He looks forward to bringing his experience and training to CLLC to help navigate the challenges specific to property management and property owners.
Samantha Santee - Lobbyist Liason Committee
Samantha Santee has been involved in Property Management since 2019, and is currently with Colorado Realty and Property Management, Inc. (CRPM) as part of the Accounting Department.
She has been an active member of the National Association of Residential Property Managers, Colorado Springs chapter since 2019, and is currently the Legislative Committee Chair in addition to serving on the Board of the Colorado Landlord Legislative Coalition.
Eric Gill - Lobbyist Liason Committee
Eric has owned Bear Paw since 1997 when he and René first purchased it. Eric is very involved in the Evergreen community and active in the Evergreen Rotary and Evergreen Chamber.
He was recently awarded the Leadership Evergreen Leader of the Year award. His desire is to see the city of Evergreen thrive and to provide exceptional service to all of his owners and tenants. Eric is married to Tera and they have two beautiful children.
Sarah Windholz - Lobbyist Liason Committee
Sarah Windholz is the CEO/Managing Broker for Crystal Property Management Co. since 2008. Sarah is currently serving as the 2023 President of the Western Colorado Chapter of the National Association of Residential Property Managers (NARPM), a Director on the Board of Directors for the Glenwood Springs Association of Realtors, and as a Legislative Liaison for the Colorado Landlord Legislative Coalition.
Sarah Windholz is a Colorado native who graduated from the University of Colorado at Boulder in 2003 with a B.S. in Business Administration with an emphasis in Information Systems. From 2003-2008 Sarah worked as a health care consultant for Stockamp & Associates (acquired by Huron Consulting Group) for clients such as Stanford University, the University of Pennsylvania, Temple University, Continuum Health Partners, and Children’s Hospital in Denver. In 2008, Sarah returned to mountain living in her home town of Glenwood Springs, joined the ownership team and obtained her real estate license. Ever since, she has been enthusiastically serving her community through her family business, which manages 350+ residential units, 64000+ sq ft of commercial space, and 30+ associations. Sarah enjoys traveling, spending time in her wonderful community which offers year round outside activities in the mountains, and spending time with her beautiful daughter and husband.
Elmo Morales - Lobbyist Liason Committee
Elmo Morales is the Broker/Owner of PMI Cedarboldt, a property management company launched in 2015 to serve the greater Denver Metro area. Elmo is an experienced asset manager who has business management and finance degrees from the University of Colorado. Included in property management and decades of business experience, Elmo has been involved with residential and commercial development lending, loan servicing, trust banking, and document custody. In addition to his real estate experience, he has a successful background in entrepreneurship including management consulting, business development, and non-profit board management
William Mutch - Lobbyist
William Mutch, Principal of Mutch Government Relations, handles government relations issues at the local, State, and Federal levels.
Mutch has a strong track record of managing associations, winning candidate campaign and legislative issues, building effective grassroots programs, managing political action committees, fundraising strategies, and building/managing broad legislative coalitions.
Experience includes campaigns for state and federal offices and in roles organizing large statewide campaign efforts. As a lobbyist and association manager, Mutch has represented some of the largest companies, and legislative coalitions, both nationally and in Colorado. He has also organized successful statewide initiative campaigns and has broad experience counseling business clients, elected officials, and candidates on both legislative and media issues. Additionally, Mutch has worked in the capital markets and understands financial services issues from the standpoint of the private sector as someone who has raised alternative investment capital and structured municipal bond transactions.
Co-Founders
Rob Lynde
Rob Lynde has owned and operated MileStone Real Estate Services with his wife Renée since 2007. Although licensed since 2003, he has owned and managed his personal rentals in and out of state since 1989. Rob has worked with the Colorado Real Estate Commission Education Task Force since 2012. He was a member of the Property Management Task Force in 2013 and the 2018 Colorado Rule Review Committee. Rob is the 2021 Colorado Springs NARPM Chapter President and served as the 2020 President and founding member of the Colorado Landlord Legislative Coalition.
Rob helped organize and acted as Master of Ceremonies for the Colorado Springs Landlord Symposium for over 12 years. He has his Master Property Manager (MPM) and the Residential Property Manager (RPM) designations awarded by the National Association of Residential Property Managers, and MileStone holds the Certified Residential Management Company (CRMC) designation: one of fewer than 75 in the U.S. Rob has been teaching property management classes since 2005. Rob has taught at multiple National NARPM conventions as well as regional and state events.

Danielle Rogers
Danielle Rogers joined the All Seasons, LLC, CRMC team as the Comptroller in 2004. She earned her Real Estate license in 2006 so that she could also perform Property Management duties. Danielle is a current member of the National Association of Residential Property Managers (NARPM). Danielle assisted All Seasons, LLC, CRMC in earning the prestigious Certified Residential Management Company (CRMC) designation in 2008 and followed that up by earning her Residential Management Professional (RMP) designation in 2009 and her Master Property Manager (MPM) designation in 2020. Danielle has served on the local Board of Directors and currently serves as the Chair of the State and Local Governmental Affairs Subcommittee nationally.
In 2017, Matt and Danielle Rogers purchased All Seasons, LLC CRMC and are continuing the traditions and excellent service started by All Seasons, LLC CRMC founder, Carolyn Rogers.
Danielle Rogers became a founding member and the acting Treasurer for the Colorado Landlord Legislative Coalition in 2020.
Lyle Haas - Past President, Co-Founder
Lyle Haas, MPM® RMP®, is President and Managing Broker of Colorado Realty and Property Management, Inc., (CRPM) a property management company that he started with his wife Paula, in 2006. CRPM manages properties throughout the Denver Metro area, and Northern Colorado with offices in Denver, Broomfield, and another one coming soon in Fort Collins. Lyle is a born leader and true innovator, breathing positivity into every sphere of his life.
He began his Real Estate career in 1983, selling homes and working with investors, and has become very familiar with the challenges, risks, and rewards of the real estate and property management industry. As a recognized leader in the property management industry, he has held multiple national, regional, and local leadership positions, and is a voice of authority in the community.
Lyle has been a member of the National Association of Residential Property Managers (NARPM) for 10+ years and is a two-term president of the Denver Chapter of NARPM, as well as serving in various Chapter leadership positions for many years. He is a founding member of the Colorado Landlord Legislative Coalition and the acting President for 2021.
